PAST TENSE (ED) PRONUNCIATION: DRIPPED, POPPED

Judy popped some popcorn for a snack, and then she noticed that the water in the faucet dripped endlessly.

Judy estourou um pouco de pipoca para um lanche e então percebeu que a água da torneira pingava sem parar.

The water dripped out of the faucet and onto the hot pop corn skillet. It popped and sizzled after it hit.

A água pingou da torneira na frigideira de pipoca quente.  Ela estourou e chiou depois de atingí-la.

Judy couldn’t remember the last time she had popped popcorn. And she couldn’t remember the last time that the water   hadn’t dripped from the faucet.

Judy não conseguia se lembrar da última vez em que estourou pipoca.  E ela não conseguia se lembrar da última vez em que a água não tinha pingado da torneira.
