PAST TENSE (ED) PRONUNCIATION (HATCHED, WATCHED)

I was walking through the woods the other day, and I found two cocoons hanging on a tree. I watched them as they hatched. I could hardly wait to see what emerged!

Eu estava andando pela floresta outro dia e encontrei dois casulos pendurados em uma árvore. Eu os observei enquanto eclodiam. Eu mal podia esperar para ver o que surgia!

As I watched, the cocoons began to wiggle. The back of each cocoon ripped open, and through the rip hatched a beautiful butterfly.

Enquanto eu observava, os casulos começaram a se mexer. A parte de trás de cada casulo se abriu e através da fenda eclodiu uma linda borboleta.

The emergence of these two fresh, new butterflies turned my humdrum day into a day of complete excitement! I couldn’t believe it as I watched these little miracles while they hatched.

O surgimento dessas duas borboletas frescas e novas transformou meu dia monótono em um dia de completa excitação! Eu não podia acreditar enquanto observava esses pequenos milagres enquanto eles eclodiam.
