The man had a long, thick beard he had grown after he retired from his full-time job. His wife would tease him and say he should watch it or maybe a bird would build a nest in it.

O homem tinha uma barba longa e grossa que ele deixou crescer depois que se aposentou de seu emprego em tempo integral. Sua esposa o provocava e dizia que ele deveria obvservá-la ou talvez um pássaro iria construir um ninho nela.

He truly loved his beard. He didn’t care how much his wife ribbed him about possibly providing a home for a bird on his face.
