Tina knew that boardroom boredom was surely in her future that day and tried to avoid leaving her bedroom any earlier than absolutely necessary.

Tina sabia que o tédio de uma sala de reunião certamente estava em seu futuro naquele dia e tentou evitar sair do quarto mais cedo do que o absolutamente necessário.

Never did Tina imagine she would live through the boredom that awaited her when she entered the boardroom. Had she known such boredom would continue for three to four hours, she never would’ve left the bedroom that morning.

Tina nunca imaginou que sobreviveria ao tédio que a aguardava ao entrar na sala de reuniões. Se ela soubesse que esse tédio continuaria por 3 a 4 horas, ela nunca teria saído do quarto naquela manhã.

Mind you, the first ten minutes were riveting compared to the rest of the time spent in the boardroom. At one point, as her head bobbed foreward in boredom, she found herself dreaming that she was in her bedroom and shook herself awake.
