PAST TENSE (ED) PRONUNCIATION (FIXED, MAXED)

I got a little too excited about the sales during the quarantine. I maxed out my credit card, called the bank, and fixed it.

Fiquei muito animado com as promoções durante a quarentena. Estourei o limite do meu cartão de crédito, liguei para o banco e aumentei o limite.

After I maxed out my card, I got to looking at more of the sales that were taking place, and I charged more. I maxed it out again, though I swore to myself it would never happen.

Depois de estourar o limite do meu cartão, comecei a olhar mais as promoções que estavam acontecendo e eu usei mais o cartão. Aumentei o limite novamente, embora tenha jurado a mim mesma que isso nunca aconteceria.
